Donation kiosks and readers, wherever people give.

A donation kiosk is a self-service giving station: a touchscreen, a card reader, and software that turns a tap into a receipted, recorded gift. Every Donatefy device records to one ledger and receipts donors automatically.

Hardware questions

Comparing formats? Read the donation kiosk buyer's guide and our post on donation kiosk costs and best practices.

Do we own the hardware?
Yes. Kiosks are one-time purchases and handhelds arrive provisioned, with Donatefy's one-year warranty on every device we sell. Donations settle into your own Stripe account. See hardware pricing.
Which device should we start with?
Put a floor-standing or wall-mounted kiosk where people pass every day, and use S700 or S710 handheld readers for events and tables. If you want to start with no hardware at all, the Mobile App runs on phones your team already carries.
Do devices use the campaigns we already run online?
Yes. Each device shows the campaigns you assign in the Admin Portal, and every gift lands in the same ledger as your online giving, tagged with its channel and device.
What happens when a device needs help?
Device status and reader connection show in the Admin Portal, so a quiet device gets noticed. The Donatefy team provides remote setup assistance and troubleshooting.
How much do donation kiosks cost?
The FS-22 floor-standing kiosk is $1,000 and the WM-22 wall-mounted kiosk is $700, both one-time. A Stripe Reader S700 or S710 provisioned by Donatefy is $349. Devices activate on Starter ($49 a month) and above. See plans and pricing.
Do donation kiosks need Wi-Fi?
Yes. The FS-22 and WM-22 connect over your building's Wi-Fi to process gifts in real time. Each kiosk reports to the Admin Portal, where it shows as online or offline with its last activity, so a kiosk that drops off the network gets noticed.

Own your hardware. Own your rails.

Your kiosk is yours, and donations settle into your organization's own Stripe account. No rented hardware that leaves with a contract, and no pooled funds waiting on someone else's payout schedule.
