Yes. Every receipt includes your EIN and configurable tax-deductibility language, so donors have what their records require without staff intervention.
Do kiosk and in-person donors get automated receipts too?
Yes. Kiosk, handheld, and Mobile App gifts use the same automated receipt system as online gifts, and every gift also appears in the donor's history in the Donor Portal.
Can one-time and recurring receipts say different things?
Yes. Each has its own configurable content, so a first-time thank-you and a monthly confirmation can each strike the right tone.
