Before you book
Who should join the call?
Whoever owns the outcome: usually the executive or fundraising lead, plus the finance person who will love the ledger. Add them as guests when you book.
How long is the demo?
The walkthrough runs about twenty minutes. The calendar books a thirty-minute video call, so there is room for your questions, hardware included. The video link arrives with your booking confirmation.
Is this a sales pitch?
It is a product walkthrough with your use cases. If Donatefy is not the right fit, we will say so and tell you what to look for elsewhere.
Can we see the kiosk physically?
Ask in the booking notes. Depending on your location we will arrange the closest thing to hands-on, and the demo always shows the real kiosk software.
Can we talk pricing on the call?
Yes, and most of the numbers are already published. Plans are Free at $0, Starter at $49/mo, and Growth at $149/mo. Enterprise has custom pricing that we work out with you. Hardware is a one-time purchase: $1,000 for the FS-22 floor-standing kiosk, $700 for the WM-22 wall-mounted kiosk, and $349 for a Stripe Reader S700 or S710 provisioned by Donatefy. The call matches a plan to your size and your spaces.
