For faith-based organizations

## Donation kiosks and online giving for every church, masjid, and temple.

Donatefy is one giving system for congregations of every size: a kiosk in the foyer, a branded giving site and bulletin QR codes for giving from home, and handhelds and the Mobile App at gatherings.

### The giving that walks out the door

Fewer people carry cash, weekend giving lives in a cash box and a spreadsheet, and monthly commitment is an online-only afterthought. The generosity is there; the capture points are not.

#### In the building

A 22-inch kiosk in the foyer accepts cards and phone wallets whenever the building is open, for the general fund or the campaigns you choose.

#### At home

A branded giving site with your funds and campaigns, express checkout, and QR codes that link printed bulletins straight to the gift.

#### At gatherings

QR codes on screen during appeals, the Mobile App at community events, and handheld readers at fundraising dinners.

Sustained giving

#### A weekly giver becomes a monthly giver, at the kiosk

Recurring signup with a card tap, in person. A member moved by the moment can commit to monthly support before leaving the building, and manage that plan themselves later in the Donor Portal.

- Recurring plans started at the kiosk, online, or in the field
- Members manage their own plans, no office calls
- Predictable support your budget can lean on

### The board's three questions, answered by design.

#### Where is the money?

In your own Stripe account, on your payout schedule. Never pooled, never held by us.

#### What did it cost?

Fees are visible line items, and donors can opt to cover them so the full gift reaches the mission.

#### Are we locked in?

You own your hardware and your payment account. No contract traps holding your giving hostage.

The office side

#### Receipts, records, and reconciliation, handled

Each fund, such as the general fund, zakat, tithes, missions, or the building fund, runs as its own campaign with its own accounting coding. Every gift receipts itself with your letterhead and tax language. Cash and checks from the weekend enter the same ledger. Donations post to QuickBooks pre-coded per fund, and members find their own year-end summaries in the Donor Portal instead of calling the office in January.

### Church and mosque giving questions

Planning the move to cashless? Read [cashless giving for congregations](https://www.donatefy.org/guide-cashless-congregation), or browse [church fundraising ideas](https://www.donatefy.org/blog/5-fundraising-ideas-that-actually-work-for-churches) and [digital giving for churches](https://www.donatefy.org/blog/stop-losing-donations-5-digital-giving-innovations-your-church-needs-now).

**Can we show different funds on the kiosk and the website?**

Yes. Channel assignment is per campaign, so the foyer kiosk can carry the general fund and zakat or building campaigns while the website shows everything.

**Do members need an app to give?**

No. The kiosk takes a card or phone tap; online giving is a link or QR scan away. The Donor Portal is there for history and receipts when they want it.

**We still receive a lot of cash. Does that fit?**

Yes. Cash and check entry from the back office puts offline generosity in the same ledger, donor records, and receipts as everything else.

**How much does a church donation kiosk cost?**

The [FS-22 floor-standing kiosk](https://www.donatefy.org/kiosk-floor-standing) is $1,000 and the [WM-22 wall-mounted kiosk](https://www.donatefy.org/kiosk-wall-mounted) is $700, both one-time and owned by your congregation. Devices activate on Starter ($49 a month) and above. See [hardware pricing](https://www.donatefy.org/pricing#hardware).

**Can members start a monthly gift at the kiosk?**

Yes. A card tap at the kiosk starts a recurring plan, and members manage it themselves in the Donor Portal.

**Can we keep zakat separate from the general fund?**

Yes. Zakat runs as its own campaign with its own accounting coding, so it reports and posts to your books apart from the general fund. On Enterprise, a campaign can also settle to its own Stripe account.

### See it with your funds and your foyer in mind.
