Yes. Every receipt includes your EIN and configurable tax-deductibility language, so donors have what their records require without staff intervention.

**Do kiosk and in-person donors get automated receipts too?**

Yes. Kiosk, handheld, and Mobile App gifts use the same automated receipt system as online gifts, and every gift also appears in the donor's history in the Donor Portal.

**Can one-time and recurring receipts say different things?**

Yes. Each has its own configurable content, so a first-time thank-you and a monthly confirmation can each strike the right tone.

**Which plans include year-end statements and PDF receipts?**
