# How Donatefy Works: Omnichannel Fundraising Platform > How Donatefy works as an omnichannel fundraising platform: build a campaign once, publish it online and in person, and manage every gift in one ledger. Source: https://www.donatefy.org/product Updated: 2026-10-15 How it works ## An omnichannel fundraising platform: one campaign, every channel, one ledger. Donatefy is not a donation form, a kiosk company, or a donor database. It is the connected system that makes them one product. ![Donatefy devices together: a floor-standing kiosk, a wall-mounted kiosk, a laptop showing a campaign page, and phones running the app](https://www.donatefy.org/assets/v2/home/hero-1920.webp) ### What is an omnichannel fundraising platform? The same campaign runs everywhere people give, online and in person. Every gift lands in one ledger, tagged with its channel, device, and campaign. Diagram: a campaign is created once, published to the giving site, QR codes and forms, kiosks, handheld readers, and the Mobile App, and every donation flows back into the Admin Portal ledger with the donor record and receipt. Create ### Build the campaign once, with everything attached In the Campaign Builder you set the story and imagery, suggested and custom amounts, one-time and recurring options, donor information fields, receipt settings, and fee coverage. You also decide which channels the campaign appears on, and how each gift should be coded for your accounting system. No re-entry, no per-channel copies drifting apart. #### [Giving site](https://www.donatefy.org/online-fundraising) Your branded E-Fundraiser hub with campaign cards and Quick Donation. #### Standalone pages A focused page per campaign for appeals, events, and emergencies. #### Embeds & QR codes Donation components on your own site, QR codes on anything printed. #### Donation forms Form-based giving with campaign selection and custom donor fields. #### [Donation kiosks](https://www.donatefy.org/hardware) Floor-standing and wall-mounted smart donation kiosks in your spaces. #### [Handheld readers](https://www.donatefy.org/handheld-s700) Stripe Reader S700 and S710 handhelds for tables, banquets, and outreach. #### [Mobile App](https://www.donatefy.org/mobile-app) Contactless giving with Tap to Pay on iPhone and Tap to Pay on Android. #### Back office Cash and check entry, so offline gifts join the same ledger. Collect #### A checkout that gets out of the way Donors pick a campaign or Quick Donation, choose an amount, and give once or monthly. Express wallets online, a tap in person, and an option to cover fees. - Preset amounts tuned per campaign - Recurring signup online, at kiosks, and in the field - Instant confirmation and automatic branded receipt ![Online checkout for a campaign with one-time or recurring options, preset amounts, fee coverage, and wallet, card, or bank payment](https://www.donatefy.org/assets/v2/home/tour-collect-1400.webp) ### Watch four channels land in one ledger.
