**Which plans include QuickBooks and CRM integrations?**

Integrations are add-ons on Starter, Growth, and Enterprise, priced per tool: QuickBooks Online at $20/mo, Blackbaud and Bloomerang at $15/mo each, Salesforce and Kindful at $10/mo each, and Mailchimp at $5/mo. Each add-on includes per-campaign mapping and the per-donation sync log, and Salesforce is configured with you on Enterprise. **Do integrations cover in-person donations too?**

Yes. Kiosk, handheld, and Mobile App gifts sync with the same per-campaign coding as online gifts, because they all live in the same ledger.

**Who sets up the mapping?**

You connect your account from the portal and map campaigns yourself, and our team helps during onboarding, especially for Salesforce configurations.

**What if a sync fails?**

Sync status is visible per donation in the ledger, so exceptions are caught in review instead of discovered at year-end.

**Which version of QuickBooks does Donatefy connect to?**
