You own it. Kiosks and the S700 and S710 readers are one-time purchases, and the Mobile App runs on phones your team already has. **What happens if a kiosk has a problem on a busy day?**

**Do in-person donations get receipts?**

**Which plans include in-person giving?**

Starter and above. Starter includes 1 device and the Mobile App on 2 phones, Growth includes up to 5 devices and unlimited phones, and Enterprise includes unlimited devices. **Can we accept in-person donations away from Wi-Fi?**

Yes, with the [Stripe Reader S710](https://www.donatefy.org/handheld-s700), which adds 4G LTE. With cellular switched on, it moves to cellular whenever Wi-Fi is unavailable, so it keeps taking gifts at an outdoor drive or an off-site event. Kiosks connect over your building's Wi-Fi and report their status to the Admin Portal.
